Terms of Service
Course Enrollment: By booking a course with The Nail Designer, you agree to these terms. All bookings require a non-refundable €50 booking fee. Course places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Course Attendance: Students must attend all scheduled sessions to be eligible for certification. If you cannot attend, please refer to our Refund Policy for cancellation and rescheduling terms.
Course Completion & Certification: Certificates of completion are issued only to students who:
- Attend the full course duration
- Complete all required case studies (where applicable to the specific course)
- Meet all practical and theoretical requirements as determined by the educator
Certificates will not be issued for partial attendance or incomplete case study submissions.
Course Materials: Physical course kits are provided on the first day of the course and remain the property of the student. Materials are for personal educational use only and may not be resold or redistributed.
Photography & Marketing: We may take photographs or videos during courses for marketing and educational purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us at the start of the course.
Conduct: Students are expected to maintain professional conduct throughout the course. We reserve the right to remove any student whose behavior is disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.
Liability: While we take every care to ensure a safe learning environment, students participate at their own risk. The Nail Designer is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property during courses.
Course Changes: We reserve the right to modify course content, schedules, or instructors if necessary. Students will be notified of any significant changes in advance.
Intellectual Property: All course content, materials, and teaching methods are the intellectual property of The Nail Designer and may not be reproduced, recorded, or shared without written permission.
