Refund Policy

All course bookings require a non-refundable €50 booking fee to secure your place.

Cancellations: If you have paid in full and need to cancel at least 14 days before your scheduled course date, you may receive a refund of the remaining balance (minus the €50 booking fee). Cancellations made less than 14 days before the course start date are non-refundable.

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, your full course fee will be retained and transferred to your new course date, subject to availability.

No-Shows: Students who do not attend their scheduled course forfeit all payments.

Course Materials: Physical course kits are provided on the first day of the course and are included in your course fee.

Course Completion: Certificates of completion are issued only to students who attend and complete the full course, including all required case studies where applicable. No refunds are provided for partial attendance or incomplete case study requirements, and certificates will not be issued to students who do not complete all course requirements.

Cancellations by The Nail Designer: If we need to cancel or reschedule a course, you will receive a full refund or may transfer to another available date at no additional cost.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
